Content Hub configuring Entra ID / Microsoft 365 for SSO

You can connect your Netpresenter Content Hub to Entra ID for automatic user provisioning and single sign-on. Please follow the steps below. 

Enabling Entra ID in Netpresenter Content Hub 

Go to Settings > System > Entra ID
https://{tenant}.my.netpresenter.com/settings/system/azure 

1) Enable Entra ID Integration 
2) Click Generate token and copy the generated token 
3) Click Save changes 
4) Log out of the Content Hub 

Go to https://{tenant}.my.netpresenter.com/authentication 

1) Log in with an Entra ID admin account 
2) Check Consent on behalf of your organization 
3) Click Accept 

You should see an error now telling you you do not have permission to log in. Continue with the steps below.

Configuring Netpresenter in Entra ID

Go to https://portal.azure.com/ 

1) Log in with an Entra ID admin account 
2) Click Enterprise applications 
3) Click Netpresenter Next 
4) Click Permissions and click the Grant admin consent button 
5) Click Accept  
6) Click Provisioning  

  • Get started 
  • Provisioning Mode: Automatic 
  • Tenant-URL: https://{tenant}.my-api.netpresenter.com/scim 
  • Secret Token: Paste the generated NEXT token 
  • Click Test Connection to test the connection 
  • If the test succeeds, click Save 

7) Apply provisioning mappings 

Setting the scope

In the provisioning settings make sure to set the scope to Sync all users and groups, if you wish to provision all Entra users. If you rather have full control over the provisioned users, you can set the scope to Sync only assigned users and groups. Then you can select the users to provision in Users and Groups.
