Content Hub Settings - fonts

The Fonts page (Settings → Appearance → Fonts) lets you upload a custom fontset to apply your organization's typography to all Slides. A fontset bundles up to two font files — a Primary font and a Secondary font — into a single uploadable package.

When no custom fontset is active, Content Hub falls back to the System Default (Roboto for both Primary and Secondary). Uploading a custom fontset replaces this default for your entire tenant; removing it restores the System Default automatically.

Prerequisites

  • Account Type: System Administrator.
  • A fontset file prepared according to the Netpresenter fontset format. Download the example file from the Fonts page (download an example) to use as a starting point.

Procedure

Step 1 — Open the Fonts page

In the Settings left navigation, expand Appearance and select Fonts.

The page shows a short description, the Current Fontset card, and the Import fontset button.

Step 2 — Prepare your fontset file

Before importing, you need a valid fontset file in the Netpresenter format.

  1. On the Fonts page, select the download an example link to download the example fontset.
  2. Open the example and replace the font files it contains with your organization's licensed font files (Primary and, optionally, Secondary).
  3. Save the modified file ready for import.

Important: Only use fonts your organization is licensed to use. Uploading a font you do not hold a license for may violate the font publisher's terms.

Step 3 — Import your fontset

  1. Select Import fontset.
  2. In the file picker that opens, choose your prepared fontset file.
  3. Content Hub uploads and validates the file. The Current Fontset card updates to show the new font names once the import succeeds.

Heads up: Importing a new fontset immediately replaces the previous one for all Slides. Publishers do not need to republish their content — the updated fonts apply on the next render cycle.

Step 4 — Revert to System Default

There is no explicit delete button on the Fonts page. To restore the System Default (Roboto):

  1. Contact Netpresenter support, or
  2. Import a fontset that uses Roboto as both the Primary and Secondary font. You can use the downloaded example file unmodified — it uses Roboto by default.

Verification

After importing, check the Current Fontset card on the Fonts page. It should show the names of the fonts you uploaded under Primary font and Secondary font.

To verify the fonts render correctly in content, open a Slide in the editor and confirm the typography matches the imported fonts in the preview.
